We offer a variety of delivery options to make your online shopping experience with us as convenient and easy as possible.

South African Orders:

Speed Services Post Office Delivery: Your order will be sent to your PO Box / nearest post office, anywhere in South Africa. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.

Courier Delivery Direct to your Home / Work: Your parcel will be delivered direct to your door by one of our trusted courier partners. Delivery is usually 1-2 days from date of dispatch, but may take between 3-5 days for regional or remote areas.

Courier Delivery to Major Centers:
Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Kimberley, Bloemfontein, George (1-2 working days)
Courier Delivery to Regional Areas:
All regional and outlying areas. Includes all smaller towns & cities, townships, mines, farms. (1-3 working days)

International Orders:

Your order will be dispatched through the South African Post Office. A delivery time of 7-10 working days can be expected, depending on your location.

Should you prefer your order to be sent with a courier, this can be arranged, however we do not courier internationally so you would have to make arrangements with a courier company of your choice to collect from our offices, and this will be for your own account.

Free Delivery Promotion:

FREE DELIVERY (postal or courier – your choice) applies to all orders over R500.00. Please just note that the free delivery option is only available for deliveries within South Africa and is not applicable for International Orders.

Delivery is guaranteed, and all domestic parcels are self-insured by the company. We will gladly replace your parcel at no extra cost to you in the unlikely event that it should be lost or stolen in transit. Should you believe this to be the case, please contact us on 021 557 0044 asap.

Tracking Your Order:

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be informed by email or SMS of the tracking or waybill number, as well as the details of service provider used to deliver your order. You can then use the tracking or waybill number to track your order directly with the service provider, either telephonically or online.
